Police ID man that died in Yigo crash

Guam - Police have released the identity of the island's second traffic-related fatality.  Germy Alex, 24, was under the influence of alcohol when he lost control of his car in Yigo on Saturday night and crashed into a concrete utility pole.  Alex died at the Guam Memorial Hospital on Sunday morning. 

The Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division continues to look into the case.
