Legislation funds southern field fixes

Guam - Senator Tina Muna Barnes has introduced legislation to appropriate $73,600 from the General Fund to renovate the Richard Degracia Naputi multi-purpose field in the village of Talofofo. Bill 297 would help fund the installation of new light fixtures so the field can be used at night.

The measure further states that our people of the south, specifically the youth deserve to have a multi-purpose field that is safe and accessible.
