Guam - The Guam Memorial Hospital is hosting representatives from Eide-Bailly, a consulting firm that specializes in making hospitals financially stable.  GMH Spokesperson Connor Murphy says the consultants conducted their operational assessment this week and the hospital will be able to use that report to create an action plan based on their recommendations.

"They're looking at every system here at the hospital as far as how we correct revenue, how patients move through the hospital, our reimbursements from the government and they're trying to see how we can make things more efficient and improve what we're doing right now," Murphy told KUAM News.
