Guam - After putting in a request a week ago, the jury's finally received a copy of the recording of the testimony of Owen Moni. Eight police officers and two civilians are standing trial, accused of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault related to the alleged beating of Moni at the Dededo Precinct last year.
Counsel was given a chance to review the recording and Judge Vern Perez went over objections this morning. The jury is already three weeks into deliberations, after months of trial in a case that was anticipated to last only six to eight weeks.
