Guam - Apparently it's not three strikes and you're out at the Guam Fire Department as firefighter E.J. Cruz is back to work at the Guam Fire Department's Advanced Life Support unit - even after he's been arrested three times.  Cruz was given a letter of reprimand, which details his wrongful actions and punishment that can be expected.

GFD Spokesperson Joey San Nicolas says as the investigation continues, the legal counsel will determine the type of adverse action Cruz may face or if he will even remain in the department.  "Just like with any other GovGuam employee, they're entitled to the progressive procedures. So with that, Department of Administration rules and regulations, as well as our Guam Fire Department policies and procedures, he's going down that route."
