Mangilao man jailed for sexual assault

44-year-old Thomas Julian Cruz Camacho from Mangilao was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl known to him.  Police say Camacho allegedly threatened the teenage girl to have sex with him for several years, and only after the girl became an adult was when she reported it.

Camacho was placed behind bars on charges of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct and terrorizing.
