The U-19 Guam National Team is set to leave the island this coming Friday for the U-19 AFC Championship Qualifier in Zibo City, China. The Team will compete against several powerhouses in the region from China, North Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar and the Phillippines.

The team has been training for a couple of months and have what it takes to advance to the next round, but to achieve victory, Team Member Jacques Diambre says team chemistry and precision passing must be at its best.

In order for team Guam to advance, they must earn 1 of the top 2 spots in their pool, winning at least 3 games in the tournament. With all the hard work and dedication that they have put in for the last several months, Team Guam has set their goal at advancing to the next round.
