This past Sunday's following the GIRMAC supermoto races, the Guam Drift Association held Round 6 of the Proline Drift Series. The event included both novice and expert classes and got started in the main parking lot if the GIR just after 4pm. The drift competitors put in some spectacular!

A few tips and adjustments for the Novice division and you guys were ripping!

Impressive runs by Anthony Leygo who had just returned to competition after blowing up an engine several month ago. Leygo took 4th in the novice class.  Pat Pocaique was also impressive and turned up the heat this round! Pat took a second place finish in the novice class for round 6.  Ronald Avelino was smooth by taking his 1st generation Mazda RX 7 to a first place finish and had ran some nice clean runs.

Yoshi Goliat did well takin a 3rd in the novice class.

Steven Blanco return to the series was impressive! It must be said that his car sounded awesome! Blanco took a 3rd in the Expert class.  Eric Manalo's car was a power house and proved to be the car to beat. Eric took the overall win in the expert class.  Jon Domingo took a 2nd place in the expert class but before the event was tainted as the man to beat being the reigning Guam Drift Champion.
