Southern High football field slowly progressing

KUAM Sports has been tackling the issues that surround the Southern High Football field over the last three years.  The situation is a major concern that has yet to be resolved, but after many years of waiting for an answer, Department of Education Superintendent Dr. Nerissa Bretania Underwood says DOE is on the right track and is hoping to jump over one of the hurdles standing in their way.

They have the money, she says, but local law prohibits giving a vendor 50% of the amount, which is what the vendor seeks, without any work being done.

So now that things are progressing, Southern High students, staff, and stakeholders can now show some signs of relief. Though the problem still remains, Underwood would like to reassure the residents down south that they have not been forgotten.
