by Heather Hauswirth

The Legislative Committee on Economic Development, Health and Human Services and Judiciary is scheduled to hear public testimony on several measures in the morning to include Bill 144, which seeks to reallocate funding proceeds from the Solid Waste Management System Bond funds to address capital improvements projects for the island.

Lawmakers will also hear Bill 219 - hate crimes legislation.  And in the evening at 5 they'll hear bills 185, 158 and 212 to address the best way to mend same sex-marriage legislation with the domestic partnership bill and the designated strategic partnership bill.
