Public Auditor Doris Flores Brooks has completed another review of second and third quarter financial reports mandated by public law.  The OPA noted that between January and June of this year, 5 of the 60 government entities did not comply with the web site posting requirements of one or more of their second and third quarter reports.

The agencies deemed non-compliant are the Department of Mental Health, the University of Guam, the Guam Visitors Bureau, the Department of Corrections, and the Office of Adequate Education Suruhanu.  Brooks also noted that even though she has reported non-compliance, the 20% salary reduction for agency directors, deputies and chief financial officers have not been imposed since the penalty became law.
