''If you help a mermaid you get a wish.'' This sounds to good to be true for friends Haley and Claire that desperately need a wish. But to get that they must help Princess Aquamarine get Raymond the lifeguard to fall in love with her.

It's a life of sun and sand for best friends Haley and Claire until they find out their friendship will be separated when Haley's mom takes a job in another country.  The two make a magical wish to keep their friendship from drifting a part and answering the call is beautiful Aquamarine who is searching for True Love.

Aquamarine is given three days to find True Love if she doesn't she must return back to the deep blue sea to marry a Merman she doesn't love.  The girls help Aquamarine in exchange for any wish they want.

It becomes a Tidal Wave of Fun when the girls must get Raymond to fall in love, fight of the competition and hide Aquamarine's fish tail when it reappears during the night.
