With first responders present, Governor Felix Camacho signed a proclamation declaring September as National Preparedness month. Guam will join the nation in the celebration and to remind Americans the importance of planning and with its theme of "Na' Listu Hao, Be Ready!", this month's celebration will kick off this Wednesday with the first responder wave at the Chief Quipuha Park from 4-6pm.
