Here at KUAM, we take user-generated content VERY seriously. It's a great medium to let our online audience stay connected to us, exhibit your own creativity with the world for free, and act as KUAM field reporters. We've made several dramatic and exciting changes to Familiar Faces and Citizen Correspondence - the content services you've come to rely on have been highly successful in letting you share the Hafa Adai spirit with the world, inform the community about breaking stories or just share interesting perspectives.

And now, they're even better.

We've listened to your feedback and have rolled out new features that deliver a new dimension of interactivity for you. And best of all...they're completely free! We've merged our two platforms under a new umbrella - YouNews. You're still able to upload your best work - with an exciting new twist.

First, we've expanded Familiar Faces to fully support high-resolution images, and now...video, too! You can write stories, upload video clips and pictures you take, and get comments from others who like your stuff. And Citizen Correspondence still lets empowers you to be KUAM reporters, letting you get in on the action and tell the community what's going on - from your point of view. And with social networking baked right in, you can easily develop your media portfolio, share your contributions with the community, and make new friends with members with similar interests.

Best of all, the very best submissions will be featured in a weekly TV/web segment combining not only Guam users, but members from all over the country! We know you'll enjoy using our revamped user-generated platforms even more, and we've already received lots of submissions, so check them out, post your comments, and join the party!

Register now...we can't wait to see your contributions!
