Good news for those tired of the pain at the pump. Gas prices are going down again. Shell Guam announced Wednesday that would lower their prices at midnight. Regular Unleaded is now $0.10 cheaper while the price for a gallon of Diesel was reduced by $0.15. It's likely other stations will follow suit.
