Former Superior Court Probation Officer Raymond Tongson will enter a plea of guilty next week Tuesday in the Superior Court. A hearing scheduled for today was continued at the Attorney General's request.
Tongson is expected to admit to shooting and killing Linh Phan and Alfred Garcia at the Lylan Karaoke Lounge.
