A special memorial ceremony will be held today for the six crew members who were on board that B52 bomber that crashed off Arpa Harbor on Liberation Day. The crew members were identified as Maj. Christopher Cooper, Major Brent Williams, Captain Michael Dodson, 1st Lieutenant Joshua Shepherd, 1st Lieutenant Robert Gerren, and Colonel George Martin.The memorial is being held at Andersen Air Force Base. The cause of the crash remains under investigation as the search was called off and a recovery mission launched for the bodies of the remaining crew members.
