With the beetles making big hits in Tumon and now Yigo, the Guam Legislature wants them to stop playing around. Coconut Rhinoceros Beetles, that is. Legislation has been introduced that would take $250,000 in projected surplus revenues from the current fiscal year budget and use it toward eradication efforts.
