It was earlier this week when a "Citizen Correspondent" e-mailed a picuture to KUAM News after spotting a Government of Guam vehicle parked outside The Other House of Liberty Gameroom in the village of Barrigada. We've since learned that the government vehicle belongs to the Guam Power Authority. Communications Director Art Perez told us, "The division manager advised my office that the employee was dropping off something off for the wife who is employed there at the establishment. It was along the normal route that they were working on within the village and they weren't there for any leisure time." Perez said the employee was counseled and added the agency in no way condones the use of government vehicles for leisure.
