With a finalized to-do list in hand the Department of Public Works along with GPSS will mobilize Monday to tackle getting Guam's public schools prepped for their August opening. According to DPW director Andy Leon Guerrero the support has been tremendous. He told KUAM News, "We're really lucky because I just spoke with the warden at DOC because he's giving us some help as a matter of fact beginning Monday we're going to start with Truman elementary if I'm not mistaken and we're going to start painting all the schools we're going to paint all 36 schools before August 11."

DPW has created a complete list of the work to be performed, including who will be tasked with what projects.
