Members of the Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association are currently being asked to provide their input on draft legislation crafted by the Guam Land Use Commission. The proposed legislation mirrors other laws in various jurisdictions nationwide. Adult entertainment would include adult arcades, adult entertainment facilities, as well as adult book and novelty stores.

The proposed measure would limit these establishments from being placed within 1,000 feet of any existing schools, daycares, churches or any public recreation facilities available for use by minors.
