Woman arrested for fueling up with stolen credit card
Police arrested a 19 year old Mongmong woman who is accused of using a stolen credit card to gas two of her personal vehicles. Hagatna Precinct officers conducted an investigation and found that an employee of the Pepsi Cola Co. failed to return a credit card to a customer.
Instead Melanie Jean Quichocho Cruz is accused of using the card to make more than $100 in gas purchases. Cruz was arrested and charged with 3 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property.
