The Camacho Administration is waiting on a final judgment from the U.S. District Court of Guam before making any partial payments of the $90 million Earned Income Tax Credit settlement. According to the Governor's Office, Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood made her ruling in the case, but the Administration is waiting on the final judgment. An appeal was filed by Janice Cruz and Mary Grace Simpao. It's still unknown whether the appeal will stall the payments of the judgment.
