Speaker of the 29th Guam Legislature and Education Committee chairperson Judi Won Pat (D) is puzzled with the Guam Public School System's Health and Safety Task Force's continued efforts to close schools. She says despite Governor Felix Camacho's call for agencies like the Department Public Works, the Guam Waterworks Authority and the Guam Power Authority to combine resources to bring schools up to par, it appears that hasn't worked."I'm always kind of puzzled in a way now since the governor has appointed a suruhanu. I was expecting him to basically now to take control back of these departments and agencies that really fall within the Executive Branch," said Won Pat.
