The Government Accountability Office has issued yet another report on Guam, this time profiling how the United States Navy needs to develop and implement a plan to ensure that voyage repair shops are available to ships operating near the territory when needed. Part of the reason, according to the GAO report, that the Navy hasn't done so is because the U.S. Marine Corps has not finalized its plans for any additional vessels associated with the buildup.View the report at GAO.gov
