Three women were placed behind bars, accused of stealing more than $150,000 from their former employee, Loan Mart in Chalan Pago. Today Criminal Investigation Division agents from the Guam Police Department arrested Melissa Cruz Quintanilla, Cathy Yoshita Muller, and Celestry Leon Guerrero. GPD spokesperson Officer Allan Guzman said, "All were arrested for theft of property held in trust, conspiracy to commit theft, theft of property and theft by deception. This as a result of $150,000 that had been stolen from the company."
