The Guam Tourism Foundation elected its new board of directors today. Elected as Chairman was Richard Rennie (Cafe Havana) and Gerald Perez (Guam Visitors Bureau) as Vice-Chairman. Mary Torre (Guam Hotel & Restaurant Association) will continue as Treasurer/Secretary and the Administrator of the Guam Tourism Foundation. Additional Board members include Bruce Kloppenburg (Kloppenburg Enterprises, Inc.), Toyohito Yoneyama (R&C Tours Guam, Inc.), Joe Blas (Hotel Nikko Guam), and Rolenda Faasuamalie (A.B. Won Pat International Airport Authority). The Guam Tourism Foundation is a non-profit organization and promotes awareness of the tourism industry to the community as well as improves relations with the tourist markets through community service and destination enhancement projects. Members of the Guam Tourism Foundation include the Japan Guam Travel Association, the GHRA, the Guam International Airport Authority, and the Guam Visitors Bureau.
