Parts of Agana Heights are without water because of a 6" waterline break in front of Government House. Guam Waterworks Authority spokesperson Heidi Ballendorf says a contractor working in the area accidentally broke one of the agency's water lines. Water is expected to be restored by 3pm.

In the meantime, GWA cancelled its scheduled outage for Inarajan tomorrow, leaving residents there to enjoy the Malojloj Fiesta.
