A dedication ceremony was held this morning in front of John F. Kennedy High School to unveil the Upper Tumon school's new memorial plaque. With the help of the Parent/Teacher Student Association, the school was able to replace the one that was blown away back in 2002 by Supertyphoon Ponsonga.
