It seems there's hope after all for project I Famagounta, despite assertions made by Department of Mental Health director Dr. Andrea Leitheiser that the program will run out of cash in July, forcing the termination of 15 project employees. That turns out not to be the case, as a letter was sent from the feds to Governor Felix Camacho completely shooting down Leitheiser's comments. As a matter of fact funding is available until September with the project eligible for a 12-month, no-cost extension.
