Food can now be prepared at Maria Ulloa Elementary School, after the a member of the Guam Public School System's Health and Safety Task Force deemed the ANSUL system now fully functional. The cafeteria was re-inspected this afternoon, but Guam Fire Department Captain Joey Muna says GPSS would still need to change its grease trap filters."I'll go ahead and make out my report, but I'm going to indicate about the filters. But that should not be preventing you from conducting the actual cooking, but you still need to replace them," Muna announced. Meanwhile, he says GPSS would need to certify their ANSUL systems every six months.
