The Guam Education Policy Board is looking forward to meeting the Guam Public School System's new education suruhanu, Dominic Terlaje. The board has extended an invitation for him to attend next week's board meeting to get dialogue going.

GEPB chairman Joe San Agustin told KUAM News, "He's the individual who is going to receive complaints from everybody, and we just want to open the doors to show him 'this is where we stand. And these are the issues that are faced in our schools; we need to open the books to anybody on the island."

The education suruhanu is tasked to address any issues parents and stakeholders may have when it comes to violations of the Every Child is Entitled to An Adequate Public Education Act.
