The Democratic Party of Guam's Central Executive Committee will meet late this afternoon to decide whether to certify or officially recount all the ballots from last Saturday's caucus. An official request for a recount was filed by defeated superdelegate candidate Joe Cameron, who ran for party chairman, but lost to Pilar Lujan.Meanwhile, campaign officials from both the Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton camps were satisfied with the conduct of the caucus. The meeting gets underway at five o'clock this evening.
