Former Guam International Airport Authority executive manager Jerry Yingling appeared back in court today for a status hearing. He was sentenced to four years behind bars, but all but four months was suspended as the former official was ordered to be on house arrest. He was convicted of unauthorized use of a government credit card and official misconduct.Today the parties discussed installation of the appropriate items for the electronic monitoring the court ordered.
