The event is intended to motivate the island's youth to come together to discuss their concerns and dialogue about the ongoing efforts to expand military forces locally. The youth forum will feature two separate screenings of the film "Guam: Tip of the Spear".The event takes place next Tuesday, May 13 at the Lecture Hall at the Leon Guerrero School of Business at the University of Guam in Mangilao from 3:30-5:30pm.
