What's going to happen if the Government of Guam fails to pay its streetlight bill yet again? According to Consolidated Commission on Utilities chairman Simon Sanchez, a discussion on that very topic will be taking place today. He states that the Guam Power Authority has been asked to come up with what options exist if the bill is left unpaid, some of those options could include turning off streetlights or proposing a surcharge on government agencies.A work session is slated for 4pm followed by a formal session an hour later.
