"This year's theme is 'Thriving in the Community' and it's specifically concentrating on the high school students and how they're going to transitioning into the community," said Torres, "And I'm happy to say that many of the high school students that are part of the program have been able to graduate and some of them are going to consider college as well as military careers."I Famagu'ounta will take part in a wave at the Tamuning Mayor's Park on Thursday from 4-6pm.
