Now just a click away, all the information you need to know about how the federally appointed receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton is coming along at complying with the Ordot consent decree. GBB recently launched a web site designed that provides information and documents on the progress of the project, receivership, court orders and Guam solid waste management department, along with contact information and answers to frequently asked questions.

Included on the web site are letters sent by GBB special principle associate David Manning to the governor and to each employee of the solid waste division of the Department of Public Works. GBB now is working to meet consent decree requirements, which include the closure of the Ordot Dump and the opening of a new municipal solid waste landfill facility.
