The Port Authority of Guam's board of directors during their Thursday meeting approved a common area fee increase of $0.64 per square foot for space leased to tenants. They also estimated a date of completion for the agency's Port Master Plan by the second week of April.The plan consists of several million dollar upgrades, and can be viewed at PortOfGuam.com.
