With Southern High School now scratched off the Top 10 Worst Schools on Guam List, the remaining nine should consider themselves warned. Attorney General Alicia Limitaco told KUAM News, "We did make immediate assessments and also recommendations in ways to comply with the requirements of our regulatory agencies. Limtiaco adds all other schools not on the Top 10 list should also begin their spring cleaning because they'll be inspected as well.
