Attorneys in the civil suit where consumers filed suit against the government for failing to provide adequate services for individuals with disabilities will have to try and reach an agreement for attorney's fees. Visiting district court judge Consuelo Marshall ordered the parties to meet to discuss payment of the consumers' legal bills that have accrued since October 2007.Should the parties not be able to reach an agreement by April 7, a motion for attorney's fees can be filed with the court. Meanwhile the court monitors are still working on an extensive report that is due to the court on April 30.
