The various and rapid changes in telecommunication technology will be the topic of tomorrow's meeting of the Guam Chamber of Commerce that will be held at the Hilton Resort and Spa on Tumon Bay. GTA TeleGuam president and chief executive officer Dan Moffat will be delivering a speech, speaking specifically about that issue.

The meeting gets underway Wednesday at 11:30.
