Guam Resource Recovery Partners continues to review its options after the Guam Supreme Court ruled its incinerator contract with the local government as unenforceable. The company was hoping to receive a response from Governor Felix Camacho to a letter to renegotiate the contract last Friday, however, according to GRRP representative Dave Sablan they haven't received any such correspondence. GRRP is still determining whether it will ask the Guam Supreme Court to reconsider its decision or file an appeal with the United States Supreme Court.

Sablan maintains a revised contract could still be worked out as the company still retains a license for incineration.
