Six male minors are in police custody after allegedly breaking into a Tamuning home, assaulting an elderly man and stealing a vehicle. Guam Police Department spokesperson Allan Guzman says around 3am Friday an elderly man was attacked in his home by several individuals who used sharp objects to assault him. Police found the male minors at a gas station this morning in Harmon attempting to fuel the stolen vehicle. Guzman says the minors range in age from 13-17 years old. They are charged with burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, consumption of alcohol, theft of a motor vehicle, and fraudulent use of a license plate.Meanwhile, Criminal Investigation Divison agents arrested three people in connection with a home invasion that occurred in Toto earlier this week. The three are accused of breaking into a residence and assaulting two men. Police arrested Shane Borja and Jerome Castro Fernandez and a 17-year-old male.CID agents also re-arrested Kurt Damian, who is already behind bars for several burglaries. Police linked Damian to an additional four cases that occurred in Agat and Santa Rita. Damian was charged and re-confined.Additionally, a 42-year-old Tamuning man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a female minor who is known to him. Vincent Edward Davis is charged with 5 counts of first-degree CSC and family violence. The sexual assault has allegedly been occurring for the last seven years.
