KUAM's Mindy Aguon, stationed at Election Central for most of tonight, reports that more than half of the island's voting precincts have been accounted for in the Decision 2008 special election. The precincts in Hagatna, Asan-Maina, both polling sites in Agat, Merizo, Inarajan, Talofofo, three precincts in Yona, two polling sites from Sinajana, two from Mongmong-Toto-Maite, three from Mangilao, eight precincts from Dededo, and a single precinct from Yigo have now been tabulated.

Former Supreme Court chief justice B.J. Cruz continues to enjoy a sizable lead over Telo Taitague and Tom Ada, in that order. In like fashion, Prop 'A' continues to suffer heavily with 62.4% of the votes counted not supporting the slot machine gaming initiative.
