Aside from usual business at the Port Authority of Guam's board of directors meeting, such as the port's master plan, performance management contract, and procurement of gantry cranes being under review, the agency's human resources department said they recently performed random drug testing on 145 port employees.And out of those staffers, two tested positive for marijuana use.According to Port Authority of Guam public information officer Josette Javalosa, proper action will be taken against the first-time offenders, but to date, no such action has been taken.
