Contractor Core Tech International Corporation has formally apologized to the people of Guam for damaging the ancient artifacts found at Gun Beach in Tumon. In an open letter addressed to the people of Guam, president Ho Eun says all clearing activities have been seized and planning is in the works ensuring proper treatment of the ancient items.

Just a few weeks ago, core tech international cleared the newly purchased property to build new condos, unearthing ancient artifacts dating back to the Latte Period, including ancient ceramics and human bones. Eun says the company remains sensitive to the strong cultural importance of Gun Beach for the Chamorro people of today.
