30-year-old Duh Wan Kim was sentenced to spend ten years behind bars. Kim was indicted back in August of last year for attempting to possess methamphetamine hydrochloride. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, the defendant participated in a drug ring that brought in more than 500 grams of crystal meth from Korea to Guam.

A jury found Kim guilty of the charges last November. Along with the decade-long jail term, Kim was also sentenced to five years supervised release and to then be deported back to Korea.
