The Guam Environmental Protection Agency's Air Pollution Amnesty Program comes to an end this Friday. If you own a generator, incinerator, boiler or other minor emissions source you may owe the agency money under the Air Pollution Control Act. Although the Act went into effect in 1997, the Guam EPA is giving the public until the end of this month to pay delinquent annual air emission fees without being charged penalty late fees.
