The saga surrounding of the troubled action/adventure movie "Max Havoc: Curse of the Dragon" continues. According to Guam Economic Development and Commerce Authority interim administrator Andy Jordanou, the agency has not ruled out the possibility of pursuing legal action against the film's producer, John Liang, and his film production company Rigel Entertainment.

But aside from that he can't say much else because it's in the hands of the attorneys. "I think in the near future - within this month - we'll come up with some resolution to what we're discussing at this present time," Jordanou clarified.

Liang defaulted on his loan with Comerica. GEDCA had backed the $800,000 loan guaranty for the production of the movie. According to a recent audit, GEDCA recorded the transfer of the $800,000 as a loan loss reserve, meaning the agency was never confident they would ever get their money back.
